The Company commissioned by the owners, pursuant to the contract, may represent the owners to carry out management and service of the whole process or certain stages for organization and implementation of the project. Furthermore, the Company can also assist the owners to sign a contract with the general contract enterprise of the project or the enterprises of survey, design, supply, construction and other, as well as to supervise the performance of the contract. In 2012, the Company won 79th in the project management turnover of enterprises for China Survey and Design Association, and has been entering the top 100 in the project management turnover of enterprises for China Survey and Design Association for two years. At present, Hebei Cao fei dian, Lhasa Mass Cultural and Sports Center and Beijing Fengtai Softball Field have become the prominent representative of the Company’s project management engineering. |
